We’re Suz and Courts, a mother-daughter duo who started Treks & Bites as a food and travel blog. Somewhere between the trips and the test kitchen, it grew into a family business.

We made our blends for busy families like ours. You want a real home-cooked dinner, but you don’t always have time to pull out ten jars and a measuring spoon. One shake does the work, on meats, vegetables, salads and sides.

Every blend is made in small batches, and now our spices come in 1 lb. refill bags too, so you can keep your bottle and cut down on packaging.
