Menu Development and Implementation
This past summer we completed our first foray into adventure catering, where we were the camp chefs for a group of 26 cyclists in the Green Mountains of Vermont. This work included menu planning for a variety of special dietary needs for five days and nights, and the ability to cook really yummy food on a camp chef stove! If you need a menu for any special event, including camp cooking, we are your girls!
