This blend of herbs and spices is perfect for just sprinkling over salads, making salad dressing, dressing up chicken, baking savory biscuits, and it’s especially wonderful as a seasoning for grilled veggies. In particular we love it on grilled asparagus and zucchini and roasted carrots. It’s so easy … just drizzle veggies with olive oil, sprinkle with Ranch Revolution, shake and grill! Yum!!!
Ranch Revolution Grilled Veggies
- 1 Barbecue Grill
- 1 aluminum baking pan
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Treks & Bites Ranch Revolution herb blend
- Clean asparagus and snap off the tough part of the bottom of the stalk.
- Lay asparagus in the aluminum pan or in a baggie and drizzle olive oil over the stalks. Sprinkle Ranch Revolution over the asparagus. Toss with hands to cover evenly.
- Grill in the pan on the upper rack of the barbecue for about 2 minutes per side, or until the asparagus is getting nicely browned, but still al dente. Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of Ranch Revolution and for a special touch, sprinkle a little freshly grated Parmesan over the top!
It’s as easy as can be … simply drizzle a little olive oil over the cleaned veggies and sprinkle a few teaspoons of Ranch Revolution over the top and toss to coat well. Then, preheat your barbecue and grill the veggies over medium heat until slightly charred, but al dente. Serve hot!
