If you’re looking for a snack that’s crunchy, zesty, and completely addictive, these roasted lemon pepper pepitas are about to become your new favorite. Pepitas—also known as pumpkin seeds—are one of those humble pantry ingredients that truly shine with just a little love from the oven and the right seasoning. These are so delicious and they’re maybe the easiest thing to make in your entire recipe box!
This recipe is all about bold, bright flavor. Roasting the pepitas brings out their natural nuttiness, while lemon pepper seasoning adds a punch of citrusy freshness balanced by a gentle peppery bite. The result is a snack that’s savory, tangy, and impossible to stop eating by the handful.
What we love most about lemon pepper pepitas …
What we love most about these roasted lemon pepper pepitas is how versatile they are. They’re perfect as a simple snack, but they also add incredible texture and flavor when sprinkled over salads, soups, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls. I especially love tossing them onto a chopped salad or using them as a crunchy topper for creamy soups—they add just the right contrast. We often just “drink” them out of a dixie cup as a snack!
So quick, so easy, so delicious
Best of all, this recipe comes together in minutes. With just a handful of ingredients and a short roast time, you’ll have a batch ready to enjoy before you know it. Make extra—you’ll be glad you did.
Whether you’re meal-prepping for the week, building a snack board, or just craving something crunchy and satisfying, these roasted lemon pepper pepitas deliver big flavor with very little effort.
