Lemon Pepper Roasted Pepitas

Deliciously seasoned lemon pepper pepitas, tossed in olive oil and lemon pepper and roasted for about 10 minutes until golden-brown. they make such a a delicoius and nutritious snack, salad topper, or sprinkle over any dish that needs a little pick-me-up!

  • 1 Large baking sheet (lined with parchment paper)

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • In a large bowl or baggie, toss pepitas with olive oil and lemon pepper. Shake well to be sure to coat all of the pepitas.
  • Spread the seasoned pepitas out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping them with a spatula about halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
