Cold espresso with tonic water, fresh minced ginger and fresh-squeezed lime juice

Ingredients
1shotcold espresso
1/2cupcrushed ice
3/4cuptonic water
1 teaspoonminced ginger
Garnishes
4-5espresso beans
1slicelime
Instructions
Place ice in a glass.
Pour espresso over the ice.
Add ginger and squeeze lime into glass.
Fill to the top with tonic.
Garnish with espresso beans and lime slice.
Notes
It’s best to mince the fresh ginger, rather than slicing it, so that you don’t end up with big chunks of ginger. Add more or less lime juice to suit your own tastes.
